MEDOWSGREEN.COM TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CONDUCT OF BUSINESS

The following shall be the Terms and Conditions for the customers willing to purchase or for those who have actually purchased from Medowsgreen.com.

• For the purposes of this document “the firm” would mean Medowsgreen.com and the customer would be anybody who is willing to purchase or actually purchases from the website.
• The customers are free to browse through the website and send in queries regarding the same on our e-mail id being [email protected].
• The customers who wish to purchase any product from the website may place the order online through the web page.
• The product that is displayed in the image on the website and the one that is delivered may be different depending upon the size, color etc.
• The product shall be replaced within 4 working days of delivery of order. The return of the product shall be only after relevant enquiry has been conducted by the company. Such returns, if any shall be free of cost.
• These days of delivery of the final product may vary subject to the delivery on the behalf of the vendor made responsible on this behalf.
• The customer can either accept the delivery of the product or can deny the acceptance of the delivery of the product if they find any defect or any other issues with the product.
• Where the delivery of any product is denied by the ultimate purchaser shall inform the company about the same within reasonable time.
• The customers are allowed to call in to place an order for replacement of the product within 2 working days subject to the condition that the customer keeps the product in the same way as it was delivered and shall not impress upon the product any wear and tear.
• The products of the customer if satisfies the above said conditions shall be replaced within a duration of 5 working days from the date of placing such replacement order.
• The company shall not be liable for the disputes, if any that may arise between the customer and the vendor.
• The wear and tear during the transport of products shall be entertained subject to immediate information being given to the company by the customer.
• The company shall take in/ accept the complaints of customer and upon verification of the same take actions if the need be. In doing so the company shall require a period of 10 working days from the date of complaints.
• It shall be the endeavor of the company to resolve all the issues at the earliest.
• The mode of payment shall be online payment and advance payment at the time of placement of the order by the customer.
• The failure of payment shall entitle the company to rescind the order of the customer.
The company on the arising of any disputes reserves the right to drag the customer to the Hon’ble Courts at Delhi only.
• The company reserves right to deny the acceptance or order on the behalf of any customer.
• The disputes if any which may arise shall be subject to the Delhi Jurisdiction.
